Acros SIM, Samyang 85mm f1.4 AS IF UMC and Fujifilm X-PRO3
On a dizzy winter day, I took a walk to the center of Ratingen and tried the Samyang 85mm f1.4 AS IF UMC tele lens. In line with this dizzy day, I have chosen to use the Fujifilm Acros simulation with the virtual red filter. The red filter enhances the contrasts of the sky. Realistic seen, the light, scenario and simulation are giving those images a kind of apocalyptical touch. Additional has the detailed resolution rendering of this light sensible Samyang lens a character that offers an appealing 3-Dimensional appearance in the images. I like those pictures a lot. I need to look for lost places to shoot more of such images. I am not saying that Ratingen is a lost place, even so some arrogant Düsseldorfer might believe so 😉
