I have been visiting last year the reddot museum at the Zeche Zollverein in Essen. In this museum objects, products even helicopters and cars are on display that have won the reddot award. Also several Fujifilm X cameras have been shown next to many apple products. This visit has not been planed but we discovered the location during a walk at the Zeche Zollverein. I had my always on lens mounted on the Fujifilm X-PRO3, the wonderful versatile 7Artisans 35mm f1.4 APSC. A lens that is not only compact and light weight but also offers good low light results with the f1.4 aperture. All the pictures below are made SOOC with the available light.

    1. Hi Matt,

The 7Artisans 35mm f1.2 MKII is mechanical and optical better than the MKI version. What got lost is the character of the MKI version.
To my opinion and experience the 7Artisans 35mm f1.4 APSC is a perfect allrounder with a high IQ and mechanical build quality plus character. For the extreme low budget price a real no brainer to me and should be in every Fujifilm photographer camera bag.

To your question, I prefer the 7Artisans 35mm f1.4 APSC.

      Greetings,
      Malte
