Sunny media harbor in Düsseldorf
Spring sun is my preferred sun. The sky and air are still fresh and clean from the night. The light is tinting the world into a fading out blue hour color. This all is describing what I love in photography. Photography is all about being in the right mood, creativity and needs the right surrounding, people and light.
The media harbor in Düsseldorf is the meeting point for young businesspeople, for work as well after work parties. The city of Düsseldorf invested in developing that area a lot in the past 25 years.
This morning some people enjoyed the spring sun. I enjoyed continuing to test the iPhone 16 Pro Max in combination with the Leica Lux App. Great color rendering, and the choice of the stunning lens emulations of iconic Leica lenses is bringing so much fun taking pictures with the iPhone. My additional highlight is the use of the Fjorden grip. Holding the iPhone in traditional camera style, using a two-step release button and even a aperture selection wheel is adding to my creativity. To me haptic is extreme important for my motivation in photography.
The iPhone photography has opened a new chapter to me. I will for sure not take a real camera on my next business trip but will use the iPhone for my travel / street photography. The iPhone 16 Pro Max with Fjorden grip and Leica Lux App is to me a real camera.
