Summer evening vibes in Düsseldorf with the TTArtisan AF 56mm f1.8

A new lens must be tested on various test scenarios. The focal length of APS-C 56mm (full frame 84mm) is a modern Portrait lens value. The lens is made to shoot wide open and to create a smooth bokeh in the background. The questions I want to answer now, what is the level performance of the TTArtisan AF 56mm f1.8 used to shoot landscape? What will happen if there is a strong light source in the image?

To bring it to the point. This lens has an outstanding set up of specialist lens elements and has been well corrected. Also, the coatings can handle strong light elements, e.g. sun, without ghosting’s and color fringes. Even shooting into the light the shadows show detailed renderings. The highest performance is offered between 2.8 to f8 but even at f1.8 or f16 the images are good enough. The lens is offering a kind of 3D rendering. Objects in focus are standing out and there is an impressive space created in the images.

I can´t wait to see the full truth on my test bench.
